Transfer Protocol. The KDE and the Researcher shall work cooperatively to determine the proper medium and method for the transfer of confidential data between each other. The Researcher shall confirm the transfer of confidential data and notify the KDE as soon as practicable of any discrepancies between the actual data transferred and the data described in this agreement. The same protocol shall apply to any transfer of confidential data from the Researcher to the KDE.
