If requested in writing by the underwriters for the Initial Public Offering of securities of the Company, you may not sell publicly any Option Shares or any other shares of Common Stock then held by you, without the consent of such underwriters, for a period of not more than 180 days following the effective date of the registration statement relating to such Initial Public Offering.
