Transfer Students. 4.1.2.1 All students transferring from an institution not participating in the LECOM EAP must apply, be interviewed and accepted for participation in the EAP by both LECOM and University of Pittsburgh - Bradford prior to starting their third year of undergraduate education at University of Pittsburgh - Bradford; 4.1.2.2 Students transferring from an institution that has a LECOM EAP affiliation must be approved by University 4.1.2.3 LECOM prefers that all courses listed in Addendum B be taken at University of Pittsburgh - Bradford but will accept all transfer credits for courses with a grade of “C” or better that are accepted by University of Pittsburgh - Bradford.
