TRANSFERABILITY/ASSIGNMENT. You may only transfer or assign Your license rights to on-premise Embedded Software to another person or entity in accordance with the current Cisco Relicensing/Transfer Policy. Any transfer or assignment other than in accordance with the Transfer Policy will have no effect. Cisco may transfer or assign any of its rights or delegate any of its obligations under this Agreement in its sole discretion.
