Transferability to New Location. In the event Developer moves operations from the Property to another location within the City, Developer agrees that the City may require that the rights and obligations set forth in this Agreement transfer to the new location. Developer and City agree to work cooperatively and collaboratively on any amendments to this Agreement that may be necessary in view of the transfer of Developer's operations to the new location.
