Common use of Transferees Bound Clause in Contracts

Transferees Bound. The obligations of each of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and the ----------------- Chase Entities pursuant to this Section 2 shall be binding upon any transferee of any of the shares of Common Stock held by such Persons, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and each of the Chase Entities shall obtain and deliver to the FS Entities a written commitment to be bound by such provisions from such transferee prior to any transfer.
