TRANSFERS FROM OTHER ACCOUNTS. In the event the funds in the Expense Account are insufficient to meet the requirements of Section 3.1, the Cottonport Bank is authorized and directed to withdraw and transfer from any other Casino Bank Account maintained by the Entities with the Cottonport Bank, including without limitation, the General Account or the Contingency Reserve Fund, funds in an amount or amounts necessary to pay fully any such requirements.
