Any employee who transfers from the Unit to a Company position not subject to the provisions of this agreement on or after March will cease accumulating Bargaining After days from the date the employee left the Bargaining Unit, should the employee remain in a job outside the Bargaining Unit, he/she will lose all senioritywithin the Bargaining Unit. Seniority of Present Employees Excluded From Bargaining The Company will issue a letter to the Union at each plant setting out a list of employees not now in the bargaining but who hold seniority standing in the unit.
