Transfers Generally Prohibited. Except as provided in Section 2.7.1, no Member shall voluntarily or involuntarily transfer, sell, convey, encumber, pledge, assign, or otherwise dispose of (“Transfer”) an interest in the Company. Any attempted assignment or transfer prohibited by this Agreement shall be wholly void and shall confer no rights on the intended assignee or transferee.
