Transfers of Data Out of the EEA. 9.3.1. AIS shall store the Customer’s Personal Data within the European Economic Area (EEA), or outside of the EEA in accordance with the Privacy Shield Framework and Principles and/or the Standard Contractual Clauses. AIS will obtain prior written consent from the Customer should it store Personal Data outside of the EEA. 9.3.2. In the event of such consent, AIS will ensure that this Personal Data will be stored and processed in full compliance with Data Protection Laws. Furthermore, AIS will ascertain that the Technical and Organisational Measures are in place and apply to AIS and its Authorised Sub-contractors. By agreeing to this DPA, the Customer declares that they consent to the storage of Personal Data as defined in Section 14. 9.4. Data Storage Information 9.4.1.
