Common use of Transfers of Global Notes as such Clause in Contracts

Transfers of Global Notes as such. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Indenture or any supplement thereto, a Global Security representing all or a portion of the Securities of a series may not be transferred in global form, except as a whole (i) by the Depositary for such series to a nominee of such Depositary; (ii) by a nominee of such Depositary to such Depositary or another nominee of such Depositary; or (iii) by such Depositary or any such nominee to a successor Depositary for such series or a nominee of such successor Depositary.
