Transfers Prohibited. Except in accordance with this Article 4, no Member nor any of its transferees (direct or indirect, including without limitation any successors and assigns) may sell, transfer, pledge, mortgage, assign or otherwise dispose of (each a “transfer”) all or any portion of its Interest (whether voluntary or involuntary, including without limitation any transfer by operation of law).
