Transfers, Termination and Renewals Pending Closing. Other than in --------------------------------------------------- the ordinary course of business, Sellers shall not sell, transfer, assign, convey, dispose of, mortgage, hypothecate or otherwise encumber any of the Purchased Assets. Sellers shall not amend, terminate or renew any of the Assigned Contracts (other than the Rental Contracts), including any renewal or termination resulting from Sellers' failure to provide, after the date of this Agreement, timely notice of non-renewal or termination as required by the terms of any of the Assigned Contracts (other than the Rental Contracts) unless Sellers shall have furnished prior written notice thereof to Buyer.
