Common use of TRANSIT PASS Clause in Contracts

TRANSIT PASS. One free transit pass shall be granted to each employee and one free pass will be issued to a spouse or eligible child. An eligible child is a child who is: a) under 21 years of age and financially dependent on the employee, or b) any age if unmarried, financially dependent and in full-time attendance at a recognized educational institution, or c) any unmarried disabled child of any age who is living with and is financially dependent on the employee and is incapable of self-sustaining employment.
