Transit Traffic Services. 3.1. Add Attachment – Transit Traffic Service, attached hereto, as Exhibit B and rates reflected in the Pricing Sheet(s), attached hereto as Exhibit D to the Agreement. The rates and provisions of Exhibit B and D shall apply to Transit Traffic Service provided in the State(s) of Alabama, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin. 3.2. Delete the rates, terms and conditions related to the provisioning of transit traffic for the AT&T and Business Telecom, LLC d/b/a Earthlink Business, Business Telecom, LLC d/b/a Earthlink Business III, Deltacom, LLC d/b/a Earthlink Business, and Deltacom, LLC d/b/a Earthlink Business IV Agreements for the States of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina and Tennessee.
