Common use of Transit Traffic Services Clause in Contracts

Transit Traffic Services. 5.1. Add Attachment – Transit Traffic Service, attached hereto, as Exhibit A and rates reflected in the Pricing Sheet(s), attached hereto as Exhibit C to the Agreement. The rates and provisions of Exhibit A and C shall apply to Transit Traffic Service provided in the State(s) of Arkansas, California, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma and Texas.
