Common use of Transition Date Clause in Contracts

Transition Date. Effective on July 2, 2021 (the “Transition Date”), without any further notice required of the Company or the Executive, the Executive shall be terminated by the Company from her position as Senior Vice President, Human Resources of the Company, as well as any and all positions held by her including, without limitation, as an employee, officer, director, manager, or member, as applicable, of the Company and all direct or indirect subsidiaries of the Company without Cause. Nothing herein shall preclude the Executive from resigning or the Company from terminating the Executive from any positions prior to the Transition Date.

Transition Date. Effective on July 2December 31, 2021 2017 (the “Transition Date”), without any further notice required of the Company or the Executive, the Executive shall be terminated by the Company from her his position as Senior Vice President, Human Resources Chief Operating Officer of the Company, as well as any and all positions held by her him including, without limitation, as an employee, officer, director, manager, or member, as applicable, of the Company and all direct or indirect subsidiaries of the Company without Cause. Nothing herein shall preclude the Executive from resigning or the Company from terminating the Executive from any positions prior to the Transition Date.

Effective on July 2January 10, 2021 2025 (the “Transition Date”), without any further notice required of the Company or the Executive, the Executive shall be terminated by the Company from her his position as Senior Vice Division President, Human Resources Breast and Skeletal Health Solutions of the Company, as well as any and all positions held by her him including, without limitation, as an employee, officer, director, manager, or member, as applicable, of the Company and all direct or indirect subsidiaries of the Company without Cause. Nothing herein shall preclude the Executive from resigning or the Company from terminating the Executive from any positions prior to the Transition Date.

Effective on July 2January 1, 2021 2024 (the “Transition Date”), without any further notice required of the Company or the Executive, the Executive shall be terminated by the Company from her position as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Communications of the Company, as well as any and all positions held by her including, without limitation, as an employee, officer, director, manager, or member, as applicable, of the Company and all direct or indirect subsidiaries of the Company without Cause. Nothing herein shall preclude the Executive from resigning or the Company from terminating the Executive from any positions prior to the Transition Date.
