Transition Date. June 16, 2027; provided, however, that if the date upon which the Original Power Sales Contracts terminate is extended pursuant to Section 26.1 of the Original Power Sales Contracts, then the Transition Date shall be the date that is next succeeding the date upon which the Original Power Sales Contracts terminate in accordance with their terms.
