Transition Out. (a) You acknowledge that, following termination of the Service, Your data will be retained by Us for a minimum period of 30 days. AAPT may delete or destroy Your data at any time after the expiry of this period. (b) If requested by You at any time prior to Your data being deleted in accordance with clause 6.7(a), and provided You have paid all Charges due in respect of the Services, We will: (i) make available to You for download a file of Your data; and (ii) provide You with the same level of post-termination data retrieval assistance that we generally make available to Our other customers.
