Common use of Transitional Provision Clause in Contracts

Transitional Provision. Effective the date of signing, employees with more than two (2) years of service, as defined in clause 34.03, shall be credited a one-time entitlement of thirty-seven decimal five (37.5) hours of vacation leave with pay.

Transitional Provision. Effective the date of signingon March 14, 2005, employees with more than two (2) years of service, as defined in clause 34.0338.02(h), shall be credited a one-time entitlement of thirty-seven decimal five (37.5) hours of vacation leave with pay.

Transitional Provision. Effective the date of signingon March 14, 2005, employees with more than two (2) years of service, as defined in clause 34.0320.03, shall be credited a one-time entitlement of thirty-seven decimal five (37.5) hours of vacation leave with pay.
