Transitions. Prior to accepting other employment or any other service relationship during the Restricted Period, such Class B Partner shall provide a copy of this Section 6.10 to any recruiter who assists such Class B Partner in obtaining other employment or any other service relationship and to any employer or other Person with which such Class B Partner discusses potential employment or any other service relationship.
