TRANSMISSION AND ROUTING. This Section provides the terms and conditions for the exchange of traffic between the Parties' respective networks for the transmission and routing by the Parties of Telecommunications Traffic and Transit Traffic. The standard configuration for CMRS interconnection trunking arrangements will be on a two-way basis at either the Tandem or the End Office.
