Transmission Difficulties Clause Samples

The Transmission Difficulties clause addresses situations where the transmission of information, data, or materials is hindered or interrupted due to technical issues or external factors. In practice, this clause typically outlines the parties' responsibilities and procedures in the event of such disruptions, such as notifying the other party, attempting retransmission, or suspending obligations until the issue is resolved. Its core function is to allocate risk and provide a clear process for managing unforeseen transmission problems, thereby minimizing disputes and ensuring continuity in contractual obligations.
