TRANSMISSION OF TRAFFIC TO THIRD PARTIES. 38.1 SBC-13STATE will provide CLEC with transit service in accordance with the terms and conditions of Appendix Interconnection Trunking Requirements (ITR). CLEC agrees to use reasonable efforts to enter into agreements with Third Party carriers that exchange traffic with CLEC pursuant to the terms and conditions of Appendix ITR. Subject to the requirements of Appendix ITR, SBC-13STATE shall provide at least two months’ notice in writing prior to ceasing to provide transit service.
