Common use of Transponder Assignment/Reassignment Clause in Contracts

Transponder Assignment/Reassignment. Customer agrees that the Services will be used solely for the transmission of digital signals. SATS acknowledges and agrees that it may not change, alter or modify Transponder assignments without Customer’s prior, written consent, which consent may be withheld, conditioned or delayed in Customer’s sole and absolute discretion for any reason or no reason.
