Transport and Handling. The supplier must organize and bear the cost of transporting the returned products;
Transport and Handling. Speed Services Couriers conducts the business of speed transport. 2.1 Speed Services Couriers may, at its sole discretion, refuse to accept for transport, storage, loading, off-loading, packing, safekeeping, and delivery or for any other purpose, goods or any class of goods. 2.2 Speed Services Couriers shall, at its sole discretion, select the method of transport and handling of the goods. 2.3 Speed Services Couriers may, at its sole discretion, employ the services of the third party or sub-contractor to transport on such conditions as may be agreed upon between Speed Services Couriers and the third party or sub-contractor. 2.4 If Speed Services Couriers employs the services of a third party or sub-contractor to transport goods: 2.4.1 the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect; 2.4.2 the goods are accepted, subject to the conditions stipulated by such third party or sub-contractor. In the event of there being any conflict between any such conditions and the conditions of this agreement, the latter shall prevail.
Transport and Handling. Handling shall be carried out with care in order to avoid damaging the parts. All buckling, torsion’s/ and bending occasioned by transport or handling shall be carefully trued up before erecting the parts-In case the damages seem to be fairly serious the elements shall be returned to the workshops, or otherwise may be rejected by the Employer or his representative. On site and before erection the profiles and the other elements shall be stored on level and accessible areas. Storing shall be arranged so as to avoid that the elements touch the ground directly.

  • DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING The Contractor shall be responsible to inspect all components on delivery to ensure that no damage occurred during shipping or handling for furnish and installation projects. For equipment only purchases, the ordering entity shall be responsible to inspect all components on delivery. Materials must be stored in original undamaged packaging in such a manner to ensure proper ventilation and drainage, and to protect against damage, weather, vandalism, and theft until ready for installation.

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

  • Transport The Parents consent to the Pupil travelling by any form of public transport and / or in a motor vehicle driven by a responsible adult who is duly licensed and insured to drive a vehicle of that type.

  • Transportation The School District will provide for such student transportation as may be required to and from the College as required under State law, and for any off-site academic course assignments which require the Student to travel to satisfy course objectives that could include, without limitation, museum visits or job-site internships, or approved School and College field trips or extra-curricular activities, each pursuant to applicable School District rules and procedures.

  • Transport Services Upon the conclusion of such multilateral negotiations, the Parties shall conduct a review for the purpose of discussing appropriate amendments to this Agreement so as to incorporate the results of such multilateral negotiations.
