Transportation/Head Bus Driver Supervisor’s Stipend. The Transportation Supervisor/Head Bus Driver responsible for planning, coordination and staff supervision shall also receive a salary enhancement of $3.00 over their regular hourly wages. This is intended to compensate these employees for the added responsibilities of their position. This is a salary enhancement that is attached to the position, not to the individual person or to base pay and such will not be transferable should the employee change positions within the District.

  • Transportation Services i) In the event that transportation services for a student served by CONTRACTOR pursuant to an Individual Services Agreement are to be provided by a party other than CONTRACTOR or the LEA or its transportation providers, such services shall be reflected in a separate agreement signed by the parties hereto, and provided to the LEA and SELPA Director by the CONTRACTOR.   • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion.   • Dewatering (a) Where the whole of a site is so affected by surface water following a period of rain that all productive work is suspended by agreement of the Parties, then dewatering shall proceed as above with Employees so engaged being paid at penalty rates as is the case for safety rectification work. This work is typically performed by Employees engaged within CW1, CW2 or CW3 classifications. When other Employees are undertaking productive work in an area or areas not so affected then dewatering will only attract single time rates.
