The Transportation Program Administration clause defines the responsibilities and procedures for managing and overseeing a transportation program within an organization or agreement. Transportation Program Administration. Program administration is a core function of the responsibilities of the SWRTPO. Its purpose is to provide the administrative support required to manage and coordinate the overall transportation planning program which includes state and federal planning requirements.
Transportation Program Administration. Broker agrees to maintain sufficient administrative staff and organizational components to comply with all program standards described herein. At a minimum, Broker agrees to include each of the functions noted herein. Broker may combine functions or split the responsibility for a function across multiple positions, as long as it can demonstrate that the duties of the function are being carried out. Similarly, Broker may contract with a third party (subcontractor) to perform one or more of these functions, subject to the subcontractor conditions described in this Agreement.

  • Program Administration An activity relating to the general management, oversight and coordination of community development programs. Costs directly related to carrying out eligible activities are not included.

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

  • REGULATORY ADMINISTRATION SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following regulatory administration services for each Fund and Series:  Assist the Fund in responding to SEC examination requests by providing requested documents in the possession of BNY Mellon that are on the SEC examination request list and by making employees responsible for providing services available to regulatory authorities having jurisdiction over the performance of such services as may be required or reasonably requested by such regulatory authorities;  Assist with and/or coordinate such other filings, notices and regulatory matters and other due diligence requests or requests for proposal on such terms and conditions as BNY Mellon and the applicable Fund on behalf of itself and its Series may mutually agree upon in writing from time to time; and

  • Administration Services When a medical prescription drug is administered by infusion, the administration of the prescription drug may be covered separately from the prescription drug. Prescription drugs that are self-administered are not covered as a medical benefit but may be covered as a pharmacy benefit. For some medical prescription drugs, after the first administration, coverage may be limited to certain locations (for example, a designated outpatient or ambulatory service facility, physician’s office, or your home), provided the location is appropriate based on your medical status. Preauthorization may be required to determine medical necessity as well as appropriate site of care. If we deny your request for preauthorization, or you disagree with our determination for the appropriate site of care, you can submit a medical appeal.   • Agreement Administration SBBC has delegated authority to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee to take any actions necessary to implement and administer this Agreement.
