Transporting Minors. Under no circumstances may Instructor, or Instructor’s employees or agents, transport a minor participant. If, after the conclusion of any class session, a minor participant has not been picked up, Instructor shall make every attempt to contact the minor participant’s parent, legal guardian or any other authorized individual to whom the minor may be released. If no contact can be made with any of the above individuals, Instructor shall contact the Recreation Program Assistant, Recreation Services Coordinator or Recreation Supervisor administering this Agreement.

  • Explosives Explosives or other highly flammable substances shall not be stored or used on Railroad's property without the prior written approval of Railroad.

  • Transporting Students 1. Employees shall not transport students except in accordance with School Board rules. The Board shall adopt a school board policy outlining the teacher’s and the Board’s responsibilities and liabilities. Said policy shall be included in all school handbooks beginning with the 2004-05 school year. 2.   • TOOL STORAGE 1. A company shall provide on all construction jobs in towns and cities, and elsewhere where reasonably necessary and practicable (or if requested buy the employee), a suitable and secure waterproof lock-up solely for the purpose of storing employees’ tools, and on multi-storey and major projects the company shall provide, where possible, a suitable lock-up for employees’ tools within a reasonable distance of the work area of large groups of employees. 2. Where an employee is absent from work because of illness or accident and has advised the company in accordance with Clause 33 – Personal Leave of the award, the company shall ensure that the employee’s tools are securely stored during his/her absence.

  • Transport The Parents consent to the Pupil travelling by any form of public transport and / or in a motor vehicle driven by a responsible adult who is duly licensed and insured to drive a vehicle of that type.
