Common use of TRASH COLLECTION Clause in Contracts

TRASH COLLECTION. Tenant covenants and agrees to (i) comply with applicable law regarding the collection, sorting, separation, and recycling of garbage, waste products, trash and other refuse at the Building (collectively, “trash”) and (ii) to sort and separate its trash into separate recycling containers as required by law, or furnished by Landlord and located in the Premises pursuant to Landlord’s recycling policy for the Building. Landlord reserves the right to refuse to collect or accept from Tenant any trash that is not separated and sorted as required by law, and, in the event of such refusal, to require Tenant to arrange for such collection at Tenant’s cost, utilizing a contractor reasonably satisfactory to Landlord. Tenant shall pay all costs, expenses, fines, penalties or damages that may be imposed on Landlord or Tenant by reason of Tenant’s failure to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.
