Trash Disposal. Tenant shall provide trash and garbage disposal facilities inside the Leased Premises for all of its trash, garbage and waste requirements and shall cause such trash, garbage and waste to be regularly removed from the Leased Premises at Tenant's sole cost. Tenant shall keep all areas outside the Leased Premises and all fire corridors and mechanical equipment rooms in or about the Leased Premises free and clear of all trash, garbage, waste and boxes containing same at all times.
