Travel Between Buildings and Elsewhere. An employee who is required to use their personal vehicle for official school business at the request of his/her supervisor shall be reimbursed for such authorized miles driven at the IRS rate. The employee shall submit a request for reimbursement to his/her supervisor no later than 30 days after the date on which the expense incurred. All comp time balances as of September 1, 2013 shall be cashed out at the employee’s current rate of pay. Beginning with the 2013 contract agreement comp time is no longer available.

  • Project or Building Name and Signage Landlord shall have the right at any time to change the name of the Project or Building and to install, affix and maintain any and all signs on the exterior and on the interior of the Project or Building as Landlord may, in Landlord’s sole discretion, desire.   • Use of School Buildings The ASSOCIATION and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings. This use must be within the hours when custodians are regularly employed and within accepted school policy.

  • Personnel, Office Space, and Facilities of Manager The Manager at its own expense shall furnish or provide and pay the cost of such office space, office equipment, office personnel, and office services as the Manager requires in the performance of its investment advisory and other obligations under this Agreement.
