Common use of Travel Documentation Clause in Contracts

Travel Documentation. 17.1. The Client is solely responsible to ensure that his/her passports, visas, insurance cover and vaccinations certificates, (and any other travel documents and/or requirements of any nature whatsoever) are valid for the duration of the Tour and in the countries to be visited. Moreover, to avoid complications with customs and immigration, the Client must ensure that there are at least 3 (three) consecutive blank VISA pages in their passports at the commencement of the Tour. 17.2. The Client must consult his/her Embassy for up-to-date visa requirements. Citizens of certain countries are required to obtain visas before travelling and it must be noted that certain visas can take up to 3 months to be processed.
