Common use of Travel Documentation Clause in Contracts

Travel Documentation. The Travel Agent shall: provide services for the timely application for and release of passports, visas, laissez passer, note verbale, tax exemption certificates, etc.; ensure that all traveling staff has complete travel documents required for their journeys, sufficiently before departure; facilitate documentation requirements for expatriate staff e.g., immigration clearances, exit and re-entry permits, etc. with concerned Government organization; immediately replace tickets and other travel documents in the event of their loss; and The Travel Agent shall be given complete copies of the various UNDP travel policies and procedures and shall be fully familiar and comply with these policies and procedures for all official Travel;
