Treatment of Collections and Deemed Collections. So long as the Seller or the Servicer shall hold any Collections (including Deemed Collections) required to be paid to the Collateral Agent’s Account, the Seller and the Servicer shall hold such Collections in trust for the Collateral Agent and shall clearly ▇▇▇▇ its records to reflect the same. The Seller shall promptly enforce all obligations of ADT under the Sale Agreement, including, payment of Deemed Collections (as defined in the Sale Agreement).
