Common use of Treatment of Shared Contracts Clause in Contracts

Treatment of Shared Contracts. The Parties agree as to matters relating to the Shared Contracts as set forth in the Shared Contracts Agreement – Shared Contracts (Parent Companies) and the Shared Contracts Agreement – Shared Contracts (Spinco Companies). In the event of any inconsistency regarding matters relating to Shared Contracts between the Shared Contracts Agreement – Shared Contracts (Parent Companies) and the Shared Contracts Agreement – Shared Contracts (Spinco Companies) and this Agreement, the Shared Contracts Agreement – Shared Contracts (Parent Companies) and the Shared Contracts Agreement – Shared Contracts (Spinco Companies) shall govern to the extent of the inconsistency.
