Tree Survey. A tree survey shall not be required as part of the approval process of the Planned Unit Development (PUD), but shall be required as part of the development applications for those parcels submitted to the TRC and shall be prepared in accordance with the Development Standards attached hereto as Exhibit F and Charleston City Code as outlined by this Agreement. The requirements for such Tree Survey(s) shall be limited to identifying the location, size, and species of trees twenty- four (24”) inches or greater DBH (Diameter Breast Height).
Tree Survey. Arborscape, Ltd will provide a tree survey and report as needed for any tree removal resulting from construction. This survey will be in compliance with Camas Municipal Code 18.13 requirements.

The trees will be sized, typed, and measured at a height of approximately 4.5 feet from the ground.
Tree Survey. An ESA International Society of Arboriculture (ISA)-certified arborist will conduct an inventory of all trees within and immediately adjacent to (within 50 feet) the project work areas based on 75% or greater designs. The arborist will collect data of protected trees (4 or more inches diameter at breast height (DBH) (4.5 feet above grade) per CDFW guidance and compliant with Chapter 19.94

Tree Survey. Locate the drip line canopy of individual trees or grove trees within the Project Area. Provide the location, quantities, size in diameter breast height (dbh), genus and species of trees, including snags, within the Project Area that are 6-inch dbh or greater.
