TREE TRIMMING. Subject to acquiring prior written permission of the Grantor, including any required permit, the Grantee shall have the authority to trim trees that overhang a Public Right of Way of the Grantor so as to prevent the branches of such trees from coming in contact with its Cable System, in accordance with applicable codes and regulations and current, accepted professional tree trimming practices.
