Trench Width. Excavate trenches to uniform widths wide enough to allow proper installation of pipe, fittings, and other materials, a minimum of 6 inches (150 mm) and a maximum of 12 inches (300 mm) each side of the pipe or conduit.

  • Unbundled Channelization (Multiplexing) 5.7.1 To the extent NewPhone is purchasing DS1 or DS3 or STS-1 Dedicated Transport pursuant to this Agreement, Unbundled Channelization (UC) provides the optional multiplexing capability that will allow a DS1 (1.544 Mbps) or DS3 (44.736 Mbps) or STS-1 (51.84 Mbps) Network Elements to be multiplexed or channelized at a BellSouth central office. Channelization can be accomplished through the use of a multiplexer or a digital cross-connect system at the discretion of BellSouth. Once UC has been installed, NewPhone may request channel activation on a channelized facility and BellSouth shall connect the requested facilities via COCIs. The COCI must be compatible with the lower capacity facility and ordered with the lower capacity facility.   • Reactivation To reactivate suspended Service, you must bring your account current through the month of reactivation by making payment in full of any outstanding balance, fees and other applicable charges. In addition, we may require a deposit before reactivating your Service. The amount of the deposit will not exceed one year of monthly fees. Any amounts deposited by you will appear on your statement as a credit, and service charges and other fees will be invoiced as described above. If you fail to pay any amount on a subsequent ▇▇▇▇, the unpaid amount will be deducted each billing cycle from the credit amount. Credit amounts will not earn or accrue interest.

  • Check Meters Developer, at its option and expense, may install and operate, on its premises and on its side of the Point of Interconnection, one or more check meters to check Connecting Transmission Owner’s meters. Such check meters shall be for check purposes only and shall not be used for the measurement of power flows for purposes of this Agreement, except as provided in Article 7.4 below. The check meters shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection and examination by Connecting Transmission Owner or its designee. The installation, operation and maintenance thereof shall be performed entirely by Developer in accordance with Good Utility Practice.
