Common use of Triennial Study Clause in Contracts

Triennial Study. As soon as practicable (and in any event within sixty (60) days) prior to January 1, 2005 and prior to the beginning of every third calendar year thereafter during the term of this Agreement, GNA shall cause to be prepared and delivered to the Company the Triennial Study which sets forth the Annual Expense Reimbursement Factors for the next calendar year, together with all supporting data used in preparing the Triennial Study and work papers, in reasonable detail, setting forth the determination of such Annual Expense Reimbursement Factors based on such Triennial Study (such documents, together with the Triennial Study, the “Triennial Study Documents”).
