Common use of Trimming of Trees and Shrubbery Clause in Contracts

Trimming of Trees and Shrubbery. The Grantee shall have the authority to trim trees or other natural vegetative growth within the Town’s easement areas encroaching or overhanging any of its Cable System in the Franchise Area so as to prevent contact with the Grantee's wires, cables, or other equipment. All such trimming shall be done at the Grantee's sole cost and expense. The Grantee shall be responsible for any collateral, real property damage caused by such trimming.

All such trimming shall be done at the Grantee's ’s sole cost and expense. The Grantee shall be responsible for any collateral, real property damage caused by such trimming. All tree trimming and removal of trees shall be performed in conformance with applicable Township Ordinances.
