Common use of Trinity River Clause in Contracts

Trinity River. The Parties intend that this Settlement shall not adversely affect the Trinity River Restoration Program, and the Trinity River Restoration Program shall not adversely affect this Settlement. To reach that conclusion, the Karuk, Yurok and Klamath Tribes reaffirm and rely upon their view of the existing fishery restoration goals and principles for the Trinity River Fishery Restoration Program, as follows: 1. Restoration of the Trinity River fish populations to pre-Trinity Dam construction levels;
