TRO Glossary Clause Samples

The TRO Glossary clause defines key terms and phrases used throughout the Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) document. It provides clear, standardized definitions to ensure that all parties interpret important legal and procedural terms consistently. For example, it may clarify what constitutes a "party," "confidential information," or "enjoined conduct" within the context of the TRO. By establishing precise meanings, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and disputes over terminology, thereby promoting clarity and reducing the risk of ambiguity in the enforcement of the TRO.
