Trouble Screening. 12.3.17.1 CLEC shall screen and test its end user trouble reports completely enough to insure that it sends to Qwest only trouble reports that involve Qwest facilities. 12.3.17.2 Qwest will cooperate with CLEC to show CLEC how Qwest screens trouble conditions in its own centers, so that CLEC will employ similar techniques in its centers.
