Troubleshooting and Feedback. Subscriber shall promptly share any Driver suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback, or any issues using the Hardware reported by Drivers to Subscriber. Subscriber acknowledges that SWTCH shall have a royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, transferable, sublicensable, to use or incorporate in the Service any Driver suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other Driver feedback provided to the Subscriber relating to the Service.
