Common use of True Copies Clause in Contracts

True Copies. All documents furnished or caused to be furnished to the Bank or its counsel by the Borrower or by any of its directors, officers, employees, agents, accountants or representatives are true and correct copies, and there are no amendments or modifications thereto except as set forth in such documents.
