Trust Certificates Nonassessable and Fully Paid Sample Clauses

The 'Trust Certificates Nonassessable and Fully Paid' clause establishes that the trust certificates issued are fully paid for and that holders are not subject to any further financial obligations or assessments. In practice, this means that once an investor acquires a trust certificate, they are not required to contribute additional funds to the trust beyond their initial investment, and the certificates represent a complete and unconditional ownership interest. This clause provides assurance to certificate holders that their liability is limited to their purchase price, thereby protecting them from unexpected future financial demands and ensuring the certificates are a secure investment vehicle.
