Common use of Trust Cut-off Date Clause in Contracts

Trust Cut-off Date. The parties hereto acknowledge that by operation of Section 4.04 and Section 5.01 of the Servicing Agreement, the remittance on November 27, 2000 to the Trust Fund is to include principal collected after October 1, 2000 (the "Trust Cut-off Date") through the preceding Determination Date plus interest, at the Mortgage Loan Remittance Rate collected through such Determination Date exclusive of any portion thereof allocable to a period prior to the Trust Cut-off Date, with the adjustments specified in clauses (ii), (iii) and (iv) of Section 5.01 of the Servicing Agreement.

Trust Cut-off Date. The parties hereto acknowledge that by operation of Section 4.04 4.05 and Section 5.01 of the Servicing Agreement, the remittance on November 27January 18, 2000 2006 to the Trust Fund is to include principal collected due after October December 1, 2000 2005 (the "“Trust Cut-off Date"”) through the preceding Determination Date plus interest, interest at the Mortgage Loan Remittance Rate collected through such Determination due on the related Due Date exclusive of any portion thereof allocable to a period prior to the Trust Cut-off Date, with the adjustments specified in clauses (ii), (iii) and (iv) of Section 5.01 of the Servicing Agreement.

Trust Cut-off Date. The parties hereto acknowledge that by operation of Section 4.04 Subsections 11.04 and Section 5.01 11.14 of the Servicing AgreementAddendum to the Servicing Agreement (the "Servicing Addendum"), the remittance on November 27January 18, 2000 2005 to the Trust Fund is to include principal collected due after October December 1, 2000 2005 (the "Trust Cut-off Date") through plus interest collected during the preceding Determination Date plus interest, at the Mortgage Loan Remittance Rate collected through such Determination Date related Due Period exclusive of any portion thereof allocable to a period prior to the Trust Cut-off Date, with the adjustments specified in clauses clause (ii), (iii) and (ivb) of Section 5.01 of the Servicing Agreement.Subsection 11.14

Trust Cut-off Date. The parties hereto acknowledge that by operation of Section 4.04 Sections 4.05 and Section 5.01 6.01 of the Master Servicing Agreement, the remittance on November 27September 18, 2000 2002 to the Trust Fund is to include principal collected due after October August 1, 2000 2002 (the "“Trust Cut-off Date"”) through the preceding Determination Date plus interest, interest at the Mortgage Loan Remittance Rate collected through such Determination due on the related Due Date exclusive of any portion thereof allocable to a period prior to the Trust Cut-off Date, with the adjustments specified in clauses (ii), (iiii) and (ivii) of Section 5.01 6.01 of the Master Servicing Agreement.

Trust Cut-off Date. The parties hereto acknowledge that by operation of Section 4.04 2.05 and Section 5.01 3.01 of the Servicing Flow Agreement, the remittance on November 27June 11, 2000 2007 to the Trust Fund is to include principal collected due after October May 1, 2000 2007 (the "“Trust Cut-off Date"”) through the preceding Determination Date plus interest, at the Mortgage Loan Remittance Rate collected through such Determination Date during the related Due Period exclusive of any portion thereof allocable to a period prior to the Trust Cut-off Date, with the adjustments specified in clauses clause (ii), (iii) and (ivb) of Section 5.01 3.01 of the Servicing Flow Agreement.

Trust Cut-off Date. The parties hereto acknowledge that by operation of Section 4.04 and Section 5.01 of the Servicing Agreement, the remittance on November 2720, 2000 to the Trust Fund is to include principal collected after October 1, 2000 (the "Trust Cut-off Date") through the preceding Determination Date plus interest, at the Mortgage Loan Remittance Rate collected through such Determination Date exclusive of any portion thereof allocable to a period prior to the Trust Cut-off Date, with the adjustments specified in clauses (ii), (iii) and (iv) of Section 5.01 of the Servicing Agreement.

Trust Cut-off Date. The parties hereto acknowledge that by operation of Section 4.04 Sections 2.05 and Section 5.01 3.01 of the Servicing Agreement, the remittance on November 27June 18, 2000 2002 to the Trust Fund is to include principal collected due after October May 1, 2000 2002 (the "Trust Cut-off Date") through the preceding Determination Date plus interest, interest at the Mortgage Loan Remittance Rate collected through such Determination Date during the related Due Period exclusive of any portion thereof allocable to a period prior to the Trust Cut-off Date, with the adjustments specified in clauses (ii), (iiic) and (ivd) of Section 5.01 3.01 of the Servicing AgreementAgreement (as amended hereby).

Trust Cut-off Date. The parties hereto acknowledge that by operation of Section 4.04 Subsection 4(e) and Section 5.01 Subsection 5(a) of the Servicing AgreementFPWSA, the remittance on November 27June 18, 2000 2007 to the Trust Fund is to include principal collected due after October May 1, 2000 2007 (the "“Trust Cut-off Date"”) through the preceding Determination Date plus interest, at the Mortgage Loan Remittance Rate collected through such Determination Date during the related Due Period exclusive of any portion thereof allocable to a period prior to the Trust Cut-off Date, with the adjustments specified in clauses (ii), (iii) and (ivSubsection 4(c) of Section 5.01 of the Servicing AgreementFPWSA.

Trust Cut-off Date. The parties hereto acknowledge that by operation of Section 4.04 4.05 and Section 5.01 of the Servicing Agreement, the remittance on November 2718, 2000 2003 to the Trust Fund is to include principal collected due after October 1, 2000 2003 (the "Trust Cut-off Date") through the preceding Determination Date plus interest, interest at the Mortgage Loan Remittance Rate collected through such Determination due on the related Due Date exclusive of any portion thereof allocable to a period prior to the Trust Cut-off Date, with the adjustments specified in clauses (ii), (iii) and (iv) of Section 5.01 of the Servicing Agreement.

Trust Cut-off Date. The parties hereto acknowledge that by operation of Section 4.04 4.05 and Section 5.01 of the Servicing Agreement, the remittance on November 27May 18, 2000 2007 to the Trust Fund is to include principal collected due after October April 1, 2000 2007 (the "“Trust Cut-off Date"”) through the preceding Determination Date plus interest, at the Mortgage Loan Remittance Rate collected through such Determination Date during the related Due Period exclusive of any portion thereof allocable to a period prior to the Trust Cut-off Date, with the adjustments specified in clauses (iib), (iiic) and (ivd) of Section 5.01 of the Servicing Agreement.

Trust Cut-off Date. The parties hereto acknowledge that by operation of Section 4.04 4.05 and Section 5.01 of the Servicing Agreement, the remittance on November 27April 19, 2000 2004 to the Trust Fund is to include principal collected due after October March 1, 2000 2004 (the "Trust Cut-off Date") through the preceding Determination Date plus interest, interest at the Mortgage Loan Remittance Rate collected through such Determination due on the related Due Date exclusive of any portion thereof allocable to a period prior to the Trust Cut-off Date, with the adjustments specified in clauses (ii), (iii) and (iv) of Section 5.01 of the Servicing Agreement.

Trust Cut-off Date. The parties hereto acknowledge that by operation of Section 4.04 Sections 11.06 and Section 5.01 11.15 of Exhibit 8 to the Servicing Agreement, the remittance on November 27December 18, 2000 2002 to the Trust Fund is to include principal collected due after October November 1, 2000 2002 (the "Trust Cut-off Date") through the preceding Determination Date plus interest, at the Mortgage Loan Remittance Rate collected through such Determination Date during the related Due Period exclusive of any portion thereof allocable to a period prior to the Trust Cut-off Date, with the adjustments specified in clauses (ii), (iii) and (iv) of Section 5.01 11.15 of Exhibit 8 of the Servicing Agreement.

Trust Cut-off Date. The parties hereto acknowledge that by operation of Section 4.04 4.05 and Section 5.01 of the Servicing Agreement, the remittance on November 27October 18, 2000 2007 to the Trust Fund is to include principal collected due after October 1, 2000 2007 (the "“Trust Cut-off Date"”) through the preceding Determination Date plus interest, at the Mortgage Loan Remittance Rate collected through such Determination Date during the related Due Period exclusive of any portion thereof allocable to a period prior to the Trust Cut-off Date, with the adjustments specified in clauses (iib), (iiic) and (ivd) of Section 5.01 of the Servicing Agreement.

The parties hereto acknowledge that by operation of Section 4.04 4.05 and Section 5.01 of the Servicing Agreement, the remittance on November 27July 18, 2000 2005 to the Trust Fund is to include principal collected due after October June 1, 2000 2005 (the "“Trust Cut-off Date"”) through the preceding Determination Date plus interest, interest at the Mortgage Loan Remittance Rate collected through such Determination due on the related Due Date exclusive of any portion thereof allocable to a period prior to the Trust Cut-off Date, with the adjustments specified in clauses (ii), (iii) and (iv) of Section 5.01 of the Servicing Agreement.
