Trust Data. The Trust shall be solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all data and other information provided to the Administrator by or on behalf of the Trust pursuant to this Agreement (including, without limitation, prices, appropriate transaction supporting documentation and accounting methodologies with respect to the Trust’s Investments as approved by the Trust’s auditors) (collectively, “Trust Data”). All Trust Data shall be provided to the Administrator on a timely basis and in a format and medium reasonably requested by the Administrator from time to time. The Trust shall have an ongoing obligation to promptly update all Trust Data so that such information remains complete and accurate. All Trust Data shall be prepared and maintained, by or on behalf of the Trust, in accordance with applicable law, the Trust Materials and generally acceptable accounting principles. The Administrator shall be entitled to rely on all Trust Data and shall have no liability for any loss, damage or expense incurred by the Trust or any other Person to the extent that such loss, damage or expense arises out of or is related to Trust Data that is not accurate, complete and timely.
