Common use of TRUST INSTRUMENT Clause in Contracts

TRUST INSTRUMENT. The original or a copy of this Trust Instrument and of each amendment hereto or restatement hereof shall be kept at the Trust's office, where it may be inspected by any Shareholder. Anyone dealing with the Trust may rely on a certificate by a Trustee or an officer of the Trust as to the authenticity of the Trust Instrument or any such amendment or restatement and as to any matters in connection with the Trust. This Trust Instrument may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original.
